TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE: NATUROPATHIC CONSULT
Naturopathy is a system that works to bring balance by stimulating the body’s own innate healing response. This is achieved by the practitioner offering the client education, personalised practical suggestions and modifications to the diet and lifestyle, and also the use of specially targeted herbal and nutritional supplements. These suggestions are a stepping stone to be integrated and implemented post-detox after the client returns home.
1: The Naturopathic Consult is offered as a part of the Total Transformation program. It can not be redeemed or swapped for credit, cash, or other services, nor transferred to anyone else, and it must be redeemed within 30 days after payment of your detox program.
2: The consultation is divided into two parts. Part one the client fills out a detailed health form, emails it to the practitioner, from there an Skype video chat of up to 40 min with the practitioner is used to further gather information, goals and health history from the client. Part two the practitioner will formulate a personalised recommendation plan that will typically include diet, lifestyle and possibly supplement recommendations in a PDF format. This will be emailed to the client and also a final 20 min Skype chat will scheduled to explain and discuss the details of the plan.
3: Once the time and date of the online Skype consult/s have been fixed and agreed upon, any changes will require minimum 24hr notice. Changes with less than 24hr notice may result in forfeiting the consult.
4: In the event that the practitioner is unable to fulfil this requirement for whatever reason, Health Oasis Resort will provide an alternative practitioner.
5: High speed internet is required for this consult. Health Oasis Resort can not be made liable for any difficulties or delays due to poor internet in your country/town.
6: Certain multi-facetted, complex or long standing chronic health conditions can not be resolved after one single consultation and it is unreasonable to expect this. In these cases further testing and follow-up consults may be required to address them.
7: Naturopathy only works if the client makes the changes and follows the recommendations. Without implementing any changes to the diet and lifestyle and following the suggestions, the body can not heal and the system can not work.
8: Once the personalised recommendation plan is given, this concludes the online Naturopathic consultation as part of your Total Transformation program package. It is not acceptable to email the practitioner for additional queries and/or future support. Practitioners will always advise the client to book a follow-up consult if they wish to receive further guidance or regular support. Any further and subsequent consultations will be chargeable at the practitioner’s normal rates. From this point Health Oasis Resort will take no responsibility in the involvement of these consultations.
9: The information and suggestions offered by the Naturopath aim to be as beneficial as possible, however Health Oasis Resort and the Naturopath will not be held liable for any complications as a direct or in-direct result of them. Always use your own judgement, common sense and also the advice of your primary healthcare physician.

These suggestions are a stepping stone to be integrated and implemented post-detox after the client returns home.
1: The EFT Consult is offered as a part of the Total Transformation program. It can not be redeemed or swapped for credit, cash, or other services, nor transferred to anyone else, and it must be redeemed within 30 days after payment of your detox program.
2: The consultation is divided into two parts. Part one the client fills out a form, emails it to the practitioner, watches a short intro video to learn more about the technique. Part two a Skype /zoom video chat of up to 50 min with the practitioner is used to facilitate the EFT session, assisting with the goals of the client.
