Health Oasis Resort has been one of the first 5 detox fasting retreats anywhere worldwide, pioneering the detox fasting field with intense research, experimentation and constant improvements.

We have built a valuable global credibility in the field, having served over 18,000 satisfied clients during those 23 years – half of whom are repeat clients.
We pride ourselves to have been able to offer high quality programs based on our unique & sophisticated proprietary technology & products – not used by any other detox operation.
We have been consistently offering these programs at the most competitive prices worldwide.

Our founder Mel Loverh has been an entrepreneur with extensive direct experience in the holistic health field (both managerially as well as a therapist) plus in hotel management, real estate and business consulting.
He has lived in various countries around the world and has combined these skills and business experience in many projects in all 6 continents, which have been distilled over the last 40 years.

On a more personal note he is a long time meditator, a ceaseless experimenter of alternative states of consciousness, neurotransmitter & glandular alchemy, passionate dancer, author and serious financial backer of children projects in Africa since 2014 assisting annually over 16,000 children’s holistic health with naturopathic & homeopathic remedies.

Our top management team is complemented by Madhav and Pushpa who are Mel’s family members, also very well-travelled and have lived in various countries.
They have been directly managing the Health Oasis Resort for the last 5 years. They are both Australian trained Naturopaths and between them hold an array of qualifications in holistic therapies including EFT, Pranic Healing, Massage, Yoga, Doula and they are long term meditators.
